    Since all chats have the same problem, I need to ask you this before testing Crisp: do you need to have the Crisp Dashboard open in the browser in order to live chat with customers, or can it all just happen on my website’s frontend without being logged in?

    Yes you must always have the dashboard open. The good thing is, though, the fact that the Dashboard loads directly in (or I’d better say “over”) your WP backend.
