    I’m currently considering purchasing the premium version of Complianz and comparing it to another cookie consent plugin.

    I haven’t been able to find information on the following, is this possible with Complianz:

    1. Youth protection, Article 8 GDPR, allow minors to give consent?
    2. Consent for data processing/storage of customer information in the US, e.g. for EU customers?

    1) For our Free and Premium plugin: At this moment the EU is researching possible methods for Age Verification and Parental Consent. We are closely following those developments.

    2) There are many ways a website can ask for consent. EU visitors will see a banner and a cookie policy (or a TCF cookie banner) that clarifies if and when personal data is being sold or shared with other parties. With that, a website can ask consent for data processing in other regions. It is also possible to use the Privacystatement to inform EU customers about your service providers or third parties. If you need consent, you can use, e.g., a checkbox on your form.
