Pre-Sale Orders Auto Completing

    I have several products I’m selling as pre-orders. None of them are digital or downloadable. Several customers have purchased pre-order sales. These order statuses keep changing to from “pre-order” to “complete” automatically and it’s causing much confusion with my customers. I have went and manually changed the order status back to “pre-order” status but then they change back automatically. The ship date in the products is set to a future date. I cannot find what setting is causing this. These are the woo-commerce plugins I’m running:
