Pre-sale question – appointment limitations

We need a booking plugin that does three specific things:
1 – Export daily bookings to CSV or Excel in a flat record including custom fields — one field per column
2 – Limit users ( who are not logged in ) to a certain number of appointments per calendar month. Using their email address as a check.
3 – Prohibit users outside two zip codes from making appointment
Is this possible with your plugin.
If not, do you offer customization services and approximately how much would that cost?
