Pre-Sale question (Withdrawals)

Hi,

I’m super interested in TeraWallet and it’s withdrawal addons and I’m really looking forward to buy it.
However, there’s one thing that keep me from doing so, the actual “withdrawal payouts”.

My question is:
Would a customer be able to withdraw real funds from the wallet if he/she never deposited before? Straight paypal withdrawals.
