    I notice on this forum you direct users with presales questions to your ticketing system. When you try and ask presales questions it requests a purchase code. Seems you have made it tricky/impossible to ask simple questions?

    Where can I get presales advice?

    When you select the “Pre-purchase questions for wpDataTables” category, the purchase code is not required. It is only required for the “wpDataTables” category.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums, as per this comment by www.ads-software.com moderators, and that’s why we cannot provide you with support for the commercial (paid) version of the plugin here.
