    Hi

    I hope this is the relevant place to ask pre sales question.

    I just want to be sure that this plugin will do what i require which is as follows so I would be grateful if you can confirm if this is indeed the case.

    I would like to incorporate a feature called Track my claim. The idea is that rather than the users calling customer service of my client they simply enter a special customer id code onto the website using letters and numbers and click enter. This will then hopefully display a history log on their application and what stage it is currently at with a description ie as follows:

    20.2.12 Received application
    21.2.12 Processing application
    22.2.12 sent letter to the company

    Etc etc

    Can this be acheived with this plugin?

    Hi Steve,

    If you require claim isolation meaning that customers can’t see other customers claim, then the customer will need to be registered.

    Besite that, I would say that this is certainly feasible.

    Thanks for the response, yes the claims tracker is rather private and should only be accessible by the claimant.

    How can I go about registering them will the plugin allow me to register or must i get a further plugin?

    Please advise.

    No need for an additionnal plugin. WordPress has an option to allow public registration.
