This is a question regarding messages sent to customers who have purchased subscriptions. During renewal, do customers receive notices indicating that their subscription will expire soon? Is it possible to have different messages for different time periods? For example, a message 30 days before the end of the subscription, one at 15 days, another on the day before the subscription ends, and another on the following day… etc.?

    Hey @jakours2

Thank you for trying our plugin!

Yes we have a feature in our pro version the “Ability To Send ‘Subscription Is Going To Expire’ email notification” and “Enter The Number Of Days Before the Subscription Expire Email Send”

These both things are available, you can ask for pro version demo and documentation by our support team, they will help you with step by step in guiding you through this

Helle! And yes, I saw it, but it’s only one message. What I’m looking for is multiple posts. As mentioned above, different messages on different dates: 30 days before the deadline, 15 days before, the day of the deadline and 7 days after (this is an example). To be able to change the text and the dates and even the number of messages would be very nice.

This feature is not covered in our free version of plugin, all this covered in our pro version plugin only but not exact same working.

In our pro version admin can set days for “send subscription is going to expire email notification ” like if subscription expire in 30 days and admin has set the value as 10days , so before 10 days of subscription a notification mail sent to customer informing your subscription going to expire in 10 days but this can be set only one value if you want admin can set multiple value then we need to make changes in plugin for you and also on day of subscription expired once subscription get expired customer will also receive mail informing your subscription has expired ( in both plugin i.e free and paid )

If you want like this please connect to our support so that they can guide you further on this

    Thank you

I use the Salient theme. There are some small product display issues when I use your free version. In particular, the + and – to add a product number. But the number does not appear. However, I believe that it would be preferable to display nothing. I can remove that with css.

You can see this here : https://paste.pics/OILMM

Question : If the price of my subscription plans change during the year, will the price change at renewal or will it always be the price paid for the first purchase? So, does the price automatically adjust to the new price or do you have to cancel renewals and ask the customer to make a new purchase?

I will buy the pro version. But just before, I want to make sure that you will keep your plugin up to date for several more years. It is currently a very bad habit that developers who abandon their plugin after a year or two.

btw, i saw your membership plugin too… we will do business there too ??

Is it possible to implement this functionality? Because with more than 50 customers, it becomes an ordeal to have to cancel all subscriptions and ask the customer to make a new purchase. It could even be an add-on that you could offer as an extra. Unless you have a little turnaround?

You haven’t answered my question about the durability of your plugin. But I can’t see you answering that you’re going to abandon it in the next few years ??

I’m going with the pro version anyway. See you at your helpdesk systeme to continue that conversation.
