PRE-Sales Question – subscription to change user role

    Hello, I already have a site whereby I manually sell subscriptions 1 month, 3 month, 1 year and lifetime.

    Content is currently locked off based on USER ROLE , for example subscribers see everything (these are normal logged in users) but MEMBERS (role) see everything and even see less ads!

    Will you plugin simply allow me to take a subscription for a service and simply change the USER ROLE from subscriber (logged in) to MEMBER ?

    Can this be done on both a monthly, yearly and month by month basis, i.e. if their subsription plan ends for whatever reason it automatically defaults them back to subscriber at the end of their term ?

    Hi @nixtainternet,

    Just to be sure, the subscription plans that you sell on your site, are created while using our plugin (PMS), or are created with a different plugin/functionality? I’m asking this since the Content Restriction functionality from PMS works only with the subscription plans (membership) from our plugin.
