Pre Sales Questions

I have already search the support forum and I saw one similar question that was asked months ago about this, however it was not answered.

I am developing a new site for one of my clients. I want to finish the new site on my test server, get it approved by my client and then move it to his. So I will be using this plug in on my test server to configure everything then moving it to his. I will need the pro pack and possibility another, will the license allow me to configure on my server and move it to his?
