1. Does the chat allow interaction based on the visitor’s actions? For example, if a visitor adds an item to cart, stays idle on a page more than 2 minutes, etc. can the chat window appear?
2. Does the chat integrate with any shopping carts such as WPMU’s cart? When speaking with a visitor on an e-commerce site, it would be helpful to quickly view their past orders.
3. Does the chat have any other helpful triggers? For example, if the website operator does not take any action for ?? minutes, the chat might pop up and ask if the operator is still there. If 5 minutes pass without a response, the chat goes to offline mode. Another example would be if a user ever waits more than ?2 minutes without a response, the “chat not available, please leave an e-mail” response would appear then the site would switch to offline mode for chat.
