    I am reaching out to you to inquire about obtaining pre-sales information regarding Wordfence. I have been experiencing issues with the free version of Wordfence on my website, as it seems to overload the servers.
    I would greatly appreciate any insights and assistance you can provide. Please let me know how I can proceed with obtaining more detailed information about Wordfence.

    Any free support is done in the forums here so please feel free to post any pertinent details so we can help you. We have paid and trained staff here willing to help, regardless if you buy the software or not.

    It would also be helpful for you to send a diagnostics report to wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com. Be sure to include your forum username (@gjidea) where indicated and then respond here when it is sent.
