Pre selecting priority instead of ground shipping

    Hi, I’ve set the plugin to show 2 options

    – Ground
    – Priority

    For some reason no matter what I do when you calculate shipping it defaults and pre slects priority mail which is more expensive. How can i show both options but pre select ground which is cheaper for the user?

  • I do not think this plugin is supported any more. We have had issue after issue and emailed and emailed and emailed this page and support. No one ever responds. we lose alot of money on shipping with this plugin.

    Uhh ok thank you. Haven’t found any alternatives?

    We wish we could. We have been searching and have posted alot on here with no response. This is sad cause we paid for this service and it was a waste of money for we can’t get a refund….
