    Hello,

Very satisfied, I purchased your plugin and not the PREC function does not work anymore.

You previously indicated me to use this function here : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/add-one-more-decimal/ and it worked fine until I replace the plugin files by the paid version. The calculated field just doesn’t display anything (blank). (the calculation didn’t change since it worked)

    How can I fix that?

    Here’s the form: https://samuelchopard.ch/creation-de-site-web/

Another question: when my visitors receive the confirmation e-mail, I would like that my name displays in their “From:” field instead of my e-mail address. Is that possible?

    Hi,

I’ve checked all equations associated to the calculated fields in the form inserted in the webpage:

    https://samuelchopard.ch/creation-de-site-web/

and the “PREC” operation is not in them.

The equations included in your form are:

    fieldname56+fieldname57+fieldname6+fieldname58+fieldname7+fieldname67+fieldname59-(fieldname56+fieldname57+fieldname6+fieldname58+fieldname7+fieldname59)*fieldname62/100

    and

    (fieldname56+fieldname57+fieldname6+fieldname58+fieldname7+fieldname59)*fieldname62/100

About your second question, if you want to include your name in the notification emails, enter as the “From” attribute, the email address with the format:

    Your name <[email protected]>

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Thank you for your kind reply.

It is not in them because I have removed it so the visitors of my website still can use the form.
To show you, I cloned the form, added the PREC function and put it on another page. See here: https://samuelchopard.ch/cff-prec-problem/

For the name instead the email address, I just tested and it worked fine! ??

    Hi,

The cached version of the javascript code does not include the operations’ modules.

Please, go to the settings page of the plugin through the menu option: “Settings/Calculated Fields Form”, untick the checkbox: “Activate Javascript Cache”, and press the “Update” button.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

That worked! I also had to empty my website’s cache (WP Super Cache).

    Thank you very much! ??
