• Well, of course its my fault because i am a newbie and eager to have an app. The “Free” tryout app would not work for me. I assumed it was because i had not paid. Given the fact they have 4.5 stars and 6000 users, i then assumed it was safe. support is crap. (I am learning this is normal) so i gambled. Still, not working, no support to help me figure out why so i “Downgraded” as suggested. THEN… I learn that i was charged the yearly price!!! There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would’ve mistakenly done this. NO!! Soo.. Then i learn (Because who reads the user agreements?) That they do not refund. Oh, But hey, there is 480.00 in myaccount wallet that can only be spent on their crap product! So figuring i am stuck with it, i got to “Upgrade” back to the plan, There is NO METHOD given to use the 480.00 in my wallet!! They think I will do it again? I am sure someone will inform me what i did wrong but still… HOLY CRAP!!! CRIMINALS!!!!
