Predefine chat with admin as 1 chat on [bp-better-messages]

    How can we Predefine chat with admin as 1 chat on [bp-better-messages] ?

    Now Guests can see only blank chat. And we should to write them how to reach admin. Is there some tricks for welcome messages for guests too ?
