Predefined box with username

Hello. In my contact form is it possible to do it so you only can use the contact form when you are logged in, and then in the mail be able to create a placeholder with the users Username?

Also, is it possible to make a “My account” page, where there are boxes people can fill, and that information will be used when someone uses my contact form to prefill some of the boxes?
