Predefined fields no save data

  • Hi team, i have one problem with the predefined field in the profile like name, last name and bio.

    The problem is that when a user or Myself fill the field data, either Name, Last Name or biography, and click save, the changes this does not save anything and return a blank form.

    It happens in edit account and edit profile of the frontend. Only in the Backend allows me to save the data.

    I hope i can recive some help, i love the plugin ??

    Hi @n3k0,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please make sure to update to the latest 2.0.38 version.
    This issue can be also due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi Team.

    I have reviewed the documentation of your site and I have done what you recommend, but still I can not make that 3 fields. (Name, Last Name and Bio) save the data from the frontend.

    Other predefined fields work without problem, even the custom ones ??
