    This is not available for now. But I realy like your idea. I am sure I can implement this. You may see this in couple of updates.

    Hi Pradeep,

    thanks for your fast reply! There is quite a popular WP chat support plugin which has this feature so I was really hoping that your plugin would as well.

    I am excited for the future updates which will hopefully bring this feature to your plugin (I might go for the PRO version then!)
