Predesigned templates not displaying

    Hi
    I just installed Elementor for the first time. Unfortunately, the templates library is empty. Everything else is working fine. I’ve tried syncing in the settings and read through the other topics but none apply to me. Please can anyone help?

    I see you are using the Esteem theme.
    Please as a test, install OceanWP theme to see if this issue goes away:
    https://nl.www.ads-software.com/themes/oceanwp/

    If so, the Esteem theme is not compatible with Elementor in some way.

    The predesigned templates in the library do not load for me, why?

    This is generally due either to a memory issue or to the configurations of your server (file permission issues).

    Verify if you meet the requirements of Elementor regarding the WP memory limit and check via your console browser if you receive 403 errors.

    If you cannot open the library, contact your hosting company and ask them to verify the configurations set on your server.

    Hi, thank you so much for getting back to me it’s working perfectly for some reason. I tried changing to Ocean WP theme and it worked then reverted to Esteem and it was working! thank you so much for your help.
