• We have a huge list of ASN’s. . . we have issues with images to being fetched.

is there an option to fetch and store all the images automatically ?

or do you have a suggestion of prefetching?

I have cache enabled but doesn’t seem to help.

    THANKS!

    Hi,

Sorry been away, if you are using the ‘iframe’ template then this is not cached so that might be an issue.

Amazon only allows the retrieval of a handful of products at a time, so it can take several page refreshes to fully populate the Amazon Link cache.

I’d be surprised if it was the time to load the images from the Amazon severs that was a problem, so locating the images on your own server probably would no help.

    Hi,

I’ve fixed a few bugs in this area, can you test version 3.2.9, to see if this works:

Enable the Use Media Library Option in Settings.
Go to Post/Page edit -> Add Amazon Link window
Search for an ASIN or product to create a list of products, choose a template
Choose a product from the list of search results,
Select Upload to upload the image to the local media library.
    Hit Insert
Save the post (or just Preview it)
View the post, the image should be from your local WordPress media library.
