Prefilled fields

    Hi,
    I’m looking for a way to pre fill new ticket textbox fields with some meta fields (es. user_id, etc…).

    Any tips?

    Hello @maxguerra,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible in the current version. This feature is already in the development queue and will be available in a future version of the plugin.
