Prefix Field disappears

    Hi, we have been using the plugin for about a year now and have used the PREFIX field. As we enter the new year, we wanted to enter a new prefix but we noticed that the PREFIX field briefly appears (when the page loads) but disappears. Please see screenshot below via the link.

    We are on WP Version 5.8 (PHP 7.3)

    Hi @gauchan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly choose the order number format located on the plugin settings page as [Prefix][Number] to add the prefix. Check this out and let us know if anything.
