preg_match warning with step 5.

Found the issue:

https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bookaroom_Settings_Locale

The ‘Phone Regex’ in options (https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bookaroom_Settings_Locale), seemed to default to this:

^((1[1-9]|2[03489]|3[0347]|5[56]|7[04-9]|8[047]|9[018])\d{8}|(1[2-9]\d|[58]00)\d{6}|8(001111|45464\d))$/

But should be (note the first forward slash was missing previously):

/^((1[1-9]|2[03489]|3[0347]|5[56]|7[04-9]|8[047]|9[018])\d{8}|(1[2-9]\d|[58]00)\d{6}|8(001111|45464\d))$/

I can’t remember cutting and pasting this. The locale is set to ‘Global’ and not ‘US’, on this options page, as I live in the UK. I’m about to change this regex to the UK example given.

Note, the options part, in WordPress administration should probably validate the regular expressions, and warn the administrator if they aren’t valid.

I had to switch from an older function to preg_match and I didn’t realize you needed to delimit. I’m looking for that default to update it.
