Preimum purchase, activation impossible ?

    Hello, i have purchased 10 licences 2 years ago, activated none.

    I want to activate one licence for this above website, but he tells me that this URL has already be registered. It is possible. But it must be VERY old and never on these licences.

    Can you please check and advise as i want to use the plugin now ?
