Preload and cron wp

Hello,

I disabled the standard cron wordpress because it’s not optimize for my site.
I think preload cache not work because when i view page for first time after preload, the speed not change. I make daily schedule but after one day, no cache preloaded and speed not change. Cache only work after visited page.
How can i use server cron to work with WP-Optimize Preload Cache ?
Can I use custom url or custom fuction/class to preload cache with cron server ?
