Preload cache after cache purge

Hi there,

Thanks for the awesome plugin.

I want to know after clearing a cache, is there a way to preload cache of all pages.

I found an comment on another ticket there it was referred it is possible.

there is a crawler , you can also use shell script to do so

Can you share some more details on the shell script?
