Preload for Products

I have added preload for products and attachment but I did not release a new version. You need to delete wpfc and download again to get the latest changes.

I installed it yesterday only, so I think I have the latest version (0.8.6.9). In the preload option, I cannot see the option to enable products.

@emrevona while testing out the new changes mentioned above, for some reason most of my posts in admin view went missing. When I disabled the plugin I could see them again.
