Preload key requests

  • The preload key requests are significantly slowing down the site. I have tried adding <link rel=preload> to the header, but it hasn’t made a difference. Any suggestions please.

    While running a speed test on the website on Google PageSpeed Insights or Hummingbird, the site is slow. Very slow.

    The audits are saying that the biggest problem is the Preload Key Requests, which have to do with the critical request chain.

    These are some of the following links/assets which it says are slowing the site down:

    /wp-content/themes/newsup-pro/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff2
    /wp-content/themes/newsup-pro/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff
    and so on…There are multiple.

    I’m sorry, I don’t know how to add a screenshot, but you can see what I’m talking about HERE.

    Is ur problem solved, I’m also facing the same issue with another theme?
