Preload not completed

I tried ver 3.2.9 on my dev site to see if some of the issues been fixed. I ran preload, the “Unexpected response is received” was still displayed. I dismissed it and let the process to continue. This is a long standing issue with previous versions.

Then around mid point, the preload process stopped with status “168 out of 280 URLs preloaded”, even though in the Cache tab the stats was ” Current cache size: 144 bytes
Number of files: 2 ” I checked the server files and there was not cache files under Cache folder.

This latest version still has the same issues as before in my situation. Please fix. It is a good plugin, but for now I’ll stick with ver 3.2.3.
