Preload not working

  • Hi i turned on Preload and nothing happened so i turned on the debug function in the log file [/wordpress/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php] [https://192.168.182.50/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_pgcache&w3tc_message=5aaba34ba62d8] skip processing because of generic constant

    What does that mean? and how can i fix this?

    I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are facing. Have you tried
    updating the plugin to the latest stable version? As I have verified, this
    issue has been reported on older versions of W3 Total Cache.
