Hi there,
We’ve had a few other reports of this, and are looking into it. It appears to be when an error happens on the server.
Could you open your browser console, then go the the network tab, then press the preload button:
If you have the same error, one of the requests is likely to have an error. Can you share it here?
If it’s nothing specific, could you access your PHP error log (found either on your server, or via your hosting solution (e.g. cPanel) and share the lines that match the time when you received the error?
