"Preload" wasn't started

Hi there,

I installed WP Super Cache on my Blog https://www.freiheitenwelt.de and Google PageRank went up from 58 to 75 since then. So it seems to work. But Now I get round about every hour an Email that says

“Preload” wurde neu gestartet

or in English “Preload” wasn’t started.

What is this all about? Is SuperCache now working or isn’t it? I didn’t find any info in the FAQ.
