Hi Rife team,

I apologise for the message, but I’ve pushed my WP knowledge to the limit trying to solve this one.

I use the Rife free theme currently and I am having trouble getting my products to load. When you click on a listing, the preloader appears and the content of the product loads, but the preloader remains disappear. I can remove the preloader by inspecting the page (deleting the <div>) and the content is loaded below.

EDIT: Turns out this problem is caused by the Woocommerce Stripe Payment Portal plugin. If you can figure out what is causing the clash, that would be amazing! If not, a suggestion for an alternative payment portal which meshes well with Rife would be appreciated too.

I suspect that there is some JavaScript error, or PHP Fatal error if the preloader doesn’t disappear.
Could you enable this plugin again and check the JavaScript console for errors?
You can copy it here, or better make a screenshot.

I was on your website just a minute ago, and it worked fine, so I suspect you have disabled it.

I’ve reactivated the plugin and the issue thankfully reappeared (so I’m not making it up lol). If you have any recommendations for where I went wrong, please let me know ?? Thank you very much for your help! You have made an excellent theme, so I’m sorry I went and broke it…

Hi Air,

After spending some decent time this weekend going through every setting in my site, I found the problem… During the Stripe setup, I autofilled the data and it somehow decided to fill in the country as Liberia. I have changed this and it turns out the problem is resolved. Sorry for my dumbness.
