Preloading pages don't seem to cache

My wordpress setup at https://skewsme.com/tinfoilhat is hosted with Yahoo Small Business. I’m also running the All In One WP Security plugin which has some issues I haven’t resolved; specifically, trying to use it to create a database backup shows an error regarding information to display in the left hand list of wordpress features, and it doesn’t complete the backup.
Yahoo won’t allow an .htaccess file, so I’m using your PHP caching option. I think everything else is default with the possible exception of a longer delay before garbage collection.
I ran your Preload All to cache my pages, but they’re not showing up under the Contents tab nor in the Yahoo File Manager.
