Premade homepage

Hi, I have a website (www.cfhadvocacia.com.br). Recently I bought a theme (Nivan) at ThemeForest. The theme offers 6 premade homepages. The question is, how do I use or upload this premade homepages?

Maybe it’s a newbie question, but I’ll be grateful if anyone can help me!
