premium addons for elementor plugin conflict?
-
Hi, I use premium addons for elementor plugin – the widget (in elementor) we use from that plugin is called Premium Woo Products. The widget creates a grid on my homepage (pulled from woocommerce products).
the problem is, at random times the grid, which is the entirety of the content of my homepage (besides header, footer etc), just wont load anywhere. it appears when we purge the cache but we don’t want to have to wonder all the time if our site will be working and have to run to a computer to purge the cache.
a wonderful siteground support agent told us to disable dynamic cache in siteground optimizer, and he also explained that this is not a good long term solution. he said to ask the plugin owner to send me the URL to exclude from caching, even if it’s a path to a script or something, and the support person (i dont know how to get to the owner) wrote back with the URL of my homepage :/ not good, as the hompepage will eventually have loads of content and need to be cached too.
so i called siteground back and they said to ask you to investigate if there is a conflict between siteground optimizer and premium addons for elementor plugin. and also to ask the plugin support, which i just did.
for now, since we purged the cache it is working. but we’d like to be able to turn back on dynamic caching.
any ideas?
thanks for your help.
