• Hi
    I have a Premium subscription, and have followed all the steps set out in the START HERE page for setting up Premium Data Server.

    However, every time I use Premium Data Explorer and select “rdb:wpdafree.youniquedata.com” from the Database dropdown, it takes several seconds before I receive the error message:
    ERROR – Remote database rdb:wpdafree.youniquedata.com not available

    Why is it always doing this?

    Any help gratefully received.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
