• Do not pay for premium. I have two sites that should be recieving dialy scans for malware, but it never scanned nothing. I realized this was a week ago, when one of my sites got malware again.

    The premium service doesn’t have a support.

    I’ve tried to contact support, but the answer never came. I feel like trowing my money into the trash can. I’ll never pay for this again.

    Finally a response.

    I did opened a support request three days ago. The answer time should be 24 hours.. still waiting.

    When we open the tickect, there is no tickect number, a protocol, a confirmation email. Nothing. Something seems to be broken.
