    Paid for premium single use plugin and did not receive the download. Can you please guide me where we can download the premium we paid for. Thanks

    I hope you are doing well, If you are using the Premium version of our plugin so kindly open a support ticket via our website as we are not allowed to provide support on paid versions through this platform.

    I did that three days ago and still have not got any response. I can give a day or so then I will request a refund or dispute my credit card for services never received.

    Please log in from Members Dashboard – Freemius using the same email that was used at the time of purchase. After logging in go to Download Section and then download the plugin.
