• I would like to see an add-on that enables “ask a question” and “was this review helpful?”, so customers can ask a question or upvote a review. Similar to what amazon and other sites have.

    I am considering purchasing the filters review add-on but these two features I mentioned would guarantee my purchase of premium. Anyways, thank you for this fantastic plugin and support!!

    P.S. Your website niftyplugins.com has a very clean design and function. Well done!!

    Thanks for the feedback @jrswordpress

    I’m currently working on finishing the free Woocommerce Reviews add-on which will provide easy integration into your products, verified purchase badges, and scheduling of follow-up emails after purchases to write a review.

    The Site Reviews roadmap should give you a good idea of upcoming add-ons that are planned for development. These will be included into Premium as they are released.

    Thanks for sharing your progress. I see that my requests are already on the road map, awesome! The free Woocommerce reviews add-on sounds great as well. This will be really nice because there are not many ways to achieve these things using Woocommerce without custom development. Very excited about the progress of your plugin. I will consider getting premium early. Keep up the great efforts and godspeed.

    @geminilabs Hi Gemini Labs,
    I registered on your website and tried to download the woo-commerce add-on. It says “sorry, this file could not be downloaded”. The page title says “error downloading file”.

    @jrswordpress Fixed, please try to download again.

    @geminilabs Thank you, it works! I installed it into a clone and am playing around with it. Very cool integration! I spent a lot of time using CSS to move your shortcodes around to get the stars and number of reviews next to a product’s price (to look like amazon or the usual woo-commerce). I suppose using this new add-on would reduce my CSS classes and media queries. Do you think this reduction in code would be the main benefit for me to implement the add-on into a previous project, versus leaving the current manual shortcode’s method?

    I will most likely use it for future projects because I think it will be easier to start with the add-on from the beginning.

    I recommend that you switch to using the Woocommerce Reviews add-on.

    It adds a “verified owner” badge to reviews, honours the Woocommerce Product reviews settings, replaces the Woocommerce reviews completely, and will include more features in future versions (i.e. review reminders for purchases).
