    Hi there ?? ,

Elementor’s recent changes has broken something in the Premium Grid Widget of my web. I’ve a video gallery with thumbnails that should display the “PrettyPhoto” light-box with a Facebook style, but now it only shows a black Elementor’s light-box, and doesn’t display video at all.

I’m in a localhost environment, so I can’t provide a link to this issue.

Could you help with this, please?

    Kind regards.

Hi again @leap13, thanks for supporting ?? .

Yes, I have something different. In your video, as soon as you play a icon in the gallery, it launches the elementor’s lightbox and video starts to play.

In my side the video remains still, but if you set the switch “mute” to active, then it runs in autoplay mode as soon as you click the thumbnail of the gallery. Something odd. That is, the only way that a YouTube video goes in autoplay mode, is by activating the “mute” switch in the “Images/Videos” for that video.

    Kind regards.

@leap13 Hello, I have just sent the credentials by message to the support on your website ??

The new version 4.4.5 still doesn’t solve the problem,

    Thanks,

Hi @albridi Could you please make sure that autoplay videos is enabled on your brwoser? Here’s an article for more clarification.

@disconance I’ve checked the ticket, but it seems the team couldn’t check things due to an invalid credentials ??

Hi again @leap13, thanks for your support.

Yes, in the browser I’m using for testing (EDGE), if I change “Control if audio and video play automatically on sites” from Limit to Allow, YouTube videos runs in autoplay mode. This in neither an issue in Mozilla Firefox. Mozilla reproduces the autoplay perfectly. But Chrome doesn’t.

Anyway, without changing this default browser behavior (Limit to Allow), the only way that a YouTube video goes in autoplay mode, is by activating the “mute” switch in the “Images/Videos” for that video in the gallery, and I’m pretty sure that this wasn’t run that way before.

    Kind regards.

My elementor lightbox is not working for videos now either (in my case, hosted by Vimeo).
I did recently migrate my domain, but also a bunch of updates were just installed so who knows what caused the issue.
I verified the memory limit and time limit in config are both at 300.

Strangely enough, I can use the PrettyPhoto lightbox for video now — the only problem being it overrides my icon color choices with a weird pink color hehe.

Hi @albridi, @trc770 We would greatly appreciate if you could provide a page link so I can send that to our devs team so they can check ASAP.

    Hello @leap13 ,
    Thanks for your reply.
I had the lightbox off, as you could at least see the video without it, but I will turn it on again so your devs can see the issue. Please let me know when they’ve taken a look, if possible, as this does break the ability to see my portfolio! I’m still working on the website though, so it’s not a huge issue.

You can see it at https://skyvault.media under the portfolio section about halfway down the page.

If you want me to turn on the prettyPhoto lightbox so you can see the issue with that, just let me know.

    Hi @trc770

I’m currently trying to check where the issue is coming from, but when I took one of videos` URLs on your page, changed it from:

    https://player.vimeo.com/video/565752630 to https://vimeo.com/565752630

It gives me a 404 page. So, am I missing something?
