    I am the new administrator for a website and have found myself with a bit of a problem. I do not know, nor have anyway to recover, the information for the website’s associated WordFence account. This has presented me with two difficulties. First, I am unable to upgrade the Wordfence license, and second, I am receiving a “Premium License Conflict” error that prevents scans of the website. I am unsure how to resolve this matter besides downgrading the website to “free protection” or disconnecting and reconnecting Wordfence to the website. I worry taking either option however will expose my website to vulnerabilities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
