Premium Modal Box

    I am using the free Astra theme, WordPress 5.4.2, PHP 7.3.20 and Elementor. The page above incorporates two “Premium Modal Boxes”. Both work perfectly in desktop mode. But in tablet and mobile modes the screen tends to freeze and I have to click multiple time to get a loaded form to be responsive. Also, the exit button needs to be pressed multiple times before it closes a form. Any suggestions?

    I’ve checked you page, but I couldn’t locate Premium Modal Box, so am I missing something?

    Thank you for responding. There seems
    to be a conflict between the Premium
    Modal Box and the Astra theme. I could
    not afford to have that impact my site
    experience, especially when I am using
    the two modal boxes to capture leads,
    so late last night I replaced the Premium
    Addons for Elementor plugin with another
    that offers a modal box which is compatible
    with Astra.

    I’m also having a problem with premium modal boxes.

    I’m using 19 modal boxes with a video in each one. They work (show and play) on desktop but the boxes turn empty on mobile.

    I’m using Astra theme too.

    Can you help me?
