Premium not working on all browsers except firefox

  • The FREE plugin worked fine.
    Bought the premium, but only function in Firefox.
    Configuration : only homepage not on mobile.
    What is the problem ? But more important how to solve this (fast) ?

    I have tested all popular browsers, like Firefox, Edge, Opera and Safari. De popup is working.
    The premium is not working on Chrome. I have Version 55.0.2883.75 beta (64-bit), but on the 32-bit versions it doesn’t work too.
    Nothing heard from the author here yet.
