Premium plugin

I only got my invoice after I rated the plugin 1 star.
I asked the developer 4 times to send me the invoice, so what he states “we forget” is a lie.I update my review because the developer asked me to do:
I purchased the premium side cart plugin because of the menu shortcode function. The plugin is great, however, it would be better if we can simply edit the menu function’s link name (items count, price, icon etc.). I manually had to edit the plugin’s PHP code to change it. I was able to do that, but a user without any coding ability would not be able to change that.My past review:
I purchased the premium side cart plugin. Before I paid it, I asked the developer if he can send me an invoice or not. He said he can. After I paid it, I asked when he will send me because I need the invoice. He said “today”. That was 4 days ago.
It’s not legal. I don’t recommend to buy the premium plugin.
