Premium plugin didn’t work but fixed quickly

I debated between 3 and 4 stars and ended up choosing 4 and here’s why.

For me the plugin didn’t work properly out if box. The support team quickly responded and requested admin access to login and fix the issues. I duplicated the issues on a fresh install on a sandbox server and gave the support team admin access as requested to correct the 2 issues: 1) plugin sidebar didn’t break for small mobile screens, content simply smushed to the left of the screen. 2) custom links opened in a new window as in target=”_blank” fashion.

**Please note that the steps taken to duplicate the issues in a sandbox server was my choice and not a requirement of the support team. They corrected the issue within hours of being supplied the login to my sandbox.

Overall this plugin makes it easy to beautify the woocommerce my account page links as well as add/remove/rearrange them as you wish. The back-up interface is simple, nothing fancy, but the front-end results are awesome. Since fixed by the support team the plugin works well for me on any theme I am using, and page builders like beaver and site do not seem to affect/alter the output which is great.
