Premium Plugin Not still not working

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to contact you now this way, as we got no reply to any of our emails in the past 1,5 months.
    I paid upfront for the Premium version in mid-November because the plugin seems great and has exactly what we need for our website. However, When downloading and activating, it immediately shows a fatal error notification. We have tried to reinstall the plugin a couple of times but with no success. Therefore, we have tried to reach you by mail ([email protected]) but until now we still did not receive any response to any of our emails.
    Could you please help us with this issue or at least give us the contact details of somebody who will help us? After paying for your service, we would love to get started using it.

    If @infosatech tries to support pro user’s here then he could be banned and lose their plugins on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
