Premium problem: Plugin Broke Post Area

I really liked the functionality of free plugin so I purchased the premium version for my personal website. The plugin worked exactly like it was supposed to for 2 days then for some reason my whole website started coming up blank.

I sent an email to support explaining the issue hoping they could resolve my issue. Customer support only began to explain to me that it was a theme problem and not their plugin even though every time I deactivated the plugin the issue went away. They advised me to contact the developer of the theme which I had already explained in the initial email to support was not possible as the developer of the theme didn’t support the theme anymore.

I then asked for a refund as the plugin was useless to me because what I wanted it for would not work. Customer support COMPLETELY ignored my request for a refund and just regurgitated to get in contact with the theme developer…. How SWAY?????
