It’s almost certain that this poster has an ulterior motive for his odd comments, but just to reassure anyone else reading:
There are 30,000+ active users who seem to be happy, and a large number who have upgraded to a premium version. I am always very pleased to help all users (free or paying) to resolve any problems, and if this poster did genuinely have problems, I would have assisted.
It of course would not be worth the effort put into support and development of this free plugin to somehow have a ‘trap’ to convince some customers to pay for something that doesn’t really exist… that clearly wouldn’t work – in the worst case it is generally pretty easy to ask your credit card provider to obtain a refund if you’ve really been duped!
With any (genuine) problems, the best way to reach me is via email: [email protected]. Just occasionally responses get lost in spam filters etc, so if you don’t hear back within a day or two, try the support forums on the plugin here which I check at least twice a week.
